My standard price is $450 for a 12X12 or 11X14 canvas oil painting of your doggie's head and shoulders, plus shipping and handling. (e.g., Willie, Tuffy, or Xochi) Larger, more complex painting prices will need to be discussed.
A standard portrait of a head (e.g., Aileya at the River, Happy Hour Matt, Happy Hour Keith, or Happy Hour John) on a 12X12 canvas is $500 plus shipping and handling. A standard portrait of the head and upper body (Jeremiah on the Porch) on a 12X16 canvas is $700 plus shipping and handling. Paintings that are larger &/or with more subjects &/or complex backgrounds will need to be discussed.
I will need good photos for reference in search of one that sparks my excitement. They need to show detail and also personality. I prefer unposed, authentic shots. We will email back and forth before we decide which one to use as a reference. I will also require a deposit, the amount depending on the project.
